Senior Recruiter – Direct Hire Team
Working in specialist or niche technology markets your role will be to deliver high value ‘full-cycle’ recruitment solutions to top tier hiring managers. Typically your role will include:

You will have a proven track record of success within one or more areas of technology recruitment, as well as a determination and commitment to provide our clients and candidates with a high value, market leading service.
Trainee Recruiters – ‘Direct Hire’ and ‘Consulting & Interim’ Teams
RockCrest currently has number of openings for experienced and trainee recruiters.
Working closely with Senior Recruiters you will primarily focus on sourcing, generating and identifying applicants to match our clients requirements. This demanding role requires a determined and resilient approach to sourcing often difficult and hard to find candidates.
Ideally you will possess a bachelor’s degree and 1 year+ of recruitment, sales or administration experience. Full training in all aspects of the role will be provided, as well as a career development plan that will guide your career toward a Senior Recruiter position.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable recruitment experience or build on your experience to date in a professional, fun and successful environment. You will be actively involved in sourcing candidates for a broad range of direct hire, contract to hire and consulting positions, as well as be involved in arranging interviews, negotiating contracts and placing IT professionals into positions.
